Grilled Cheese and Pear Sandwich



Indulge in the delicious combination of savory melted cheddar cheese and sweet, juicy pear slices, all grilled to perfection on olive bread. This sandwich is a delightful blend of flavors and textures.

Ingredients:

  • 178g Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Slices of Olive Bread
  • 1 Ripe Pear thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions:

Warm up a nonstick pan over medium-low heat

Each piece of olive bread should have one side brushed with butter

In the pan, put one slice of bread with the buttered side down

Put half of the grated cheddar cheese on top of the bread in the pan

Spread the pear slices out on top of the cheese

Add the salt and ground black pepper to the pear slices

On top of the pear slices, sprinkle the rest of the grated cheddar cheese

Spread butter on the second slice of olive bread and put it on top

The sandwich should be grilled for three to four minutes on each side, or until the cheese melts and the bread turns golden brown

Take it out of the pan and let it cool down a bit before cutting it
