No Oil Balsamic Tahini Dressing
This No Oil Balsamic Tahini Dressing is creamy, tangy, and full of flavor without any added oil. Perfect for drizzling over salads or roasted vegetables.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Water, as needed
Instructions:
In a small bowl, whisk together tahini, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, lemon juice, and minced garlic until smooth
Add water gradually until desired consistency is reached
