Strawberry Grapefruit Ginger Smoothie



A refreshing and invigorating smoothie that combines the sweetness of strawberries with the tanginess of grapefruit and the subtle heat of ginger. Perfect for a nutritious breakfast or a revitalizing snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled
  • 1/2 grapefruit, peeled and segmented
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup optional

Instructions:

In a blender, mix all the ingredients together

Mix until it's creamy and smooth

If you think it needs more sweetness, you can add honey or agave syrup

Pour into glasses and serve right away
