Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cups buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • Additional butter or oil for cooking

Instructions:

Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a large bowl

Mix the buttermilk, milk, eggs, and melted butter together in a different bowl

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix them together just until they are mixed

Make sure not to mix it too much; a few lumps are fine

The fresh blueberries should be added slowly

Add a little butter or oil to a skillet or griddle and heat it over medium-low heat so that no food sticks

For every pancake, put 1/4 cup of pancake batter on the pan

About two to three minutes later, when the edges start to look set and bubbles appear on top, the food is done

After you flip the pancakes, cook them for another minute or two, or until they are golden brown and fully cooked

Top the pancakes with your favorite things, like extra blueberries and maple syrup, while they are still hot

Have fun with your tasty Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes!
