The PERFECT Super Bowl Cake~ CHOCOLATE BEER CAKE!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
Set your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius and grease two 9-inch round cake pans
Mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a sizable mixing bowl
Beat the eggs, buttermilk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract thoroughly in a separate bowl
Blend the dry ingredients with the wet ones until a smooth consistency is achieved
After the batter is thoroughly mixed, stir in the stout beer
Add the semisweet chocolate chips and mix well
Evenly divide the batter among the cake pans that have been prepared
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, in a preheated oven
After taking the cakes out of the oven, allow them to cool in the pans for ten minutes before moving them to a wire rack to finish cooling
