Coconut Butter Fudge Bars



Enjoy the rich, creamy goodness of these coconut butter fudge bars that don't need to be baked. They are gluten-free, vegan, and so tasty you can't stop eating them!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut optional, for topping

Instructions:

Melt the coconut butter in a bowl that can go in the microwave

Stir it every 30 seconds until it's smooth

Add the cocoa powder, vanilla extract, salt, and maple syrup and stir until everything is well mixed

Put parchment paper around the edges of a square baking dish, leaving some overhang to make it easy to take off

Pour the mixture into the dish that has been prepared, and use a spatula to spread it out evenly

Possible: On top of the fudge mix, sprinkle shredded coconut

Put in the fridge for at least two hours, or until it gets firm

Take the fudge out of the dish and put it on a cutting board by lifting the parchment paper

Use a sharp knife to cut it into bars or squares
