Crock Pot Sloppy Joes
A classic and easy Slow Cooker recipe for deliciously saucy Sloppy Joes that are perfect for busy weeknights or feeding a crowd.
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 small green bell pepper, finely diced
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Break up the ground beef as you cook it in a skillet over medium-low heat until it turns brown
Remove any extra grease
Move the beef that has been cooked to the slow cooker
Spread out the onion and bell pepper slices in the slow cooker
Then add the ketchup, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper
Use a stir to mix
Don't open the lid
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours, stirring every now and then
Put the Sloppy Joes on hamburger buns and eat them up!
