Family favorites that have been passed down through the generations include this recipe for hummus. It's flavorful, creamy, and ideal for spreading or dipping. Prepare it for your upcoming get-together or savor it anytime as a nutritious snack.
Instructions: The chickpeas should be drained and rinsed well. Use a food processor to mix the chickpeas, tahini, garlic that has been minced, lemon juice, olive oil, water, cumin, and a pinch of salt. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed to make the mixture smooth and creamy. If you think it needs more salt or lemon juice, taste it and make the changes.
